Executive Coaching
How does it work?
Every Olympic athletic aspiring to a gold medal has a personal coach. In the same way executive and senior managers constantly need to review and fine-tune their leadership and communication skills. Bespoke Laser Thought Coaching is available on a one-to one basis. The programmes are highly flexible and tailored to meet your exact needs.
The first step is an assessment of the client's needs, skills and knowledge level. A learning plan is documented with a timeline and activities to achieve the desired changes and improvements in performance. Laser Thought™ Executive Coaching encompasses three different levels:

Management and Skills | Feedback | In-Depth Development
Management and Skills CoachingYou can choose as many sessions as you want in order to develop your confidence and skills to reach the required levels of performance. Areas for Management and Skill development include the following:

Feedback Coaching
This typically takes one to six months. It involves giving feedback to you and helping you create a development plan to address specific needs. It is accompanied by an assessment instrument such as a personal profile analysis which enables you to identify strengths and areas needing development. Follow-up conversations with you will take place either face-to-face or over the phone.
In-Depth Development Coaching
Development coaching typically takes six to twelve months. It involves a close relationship with you during an in-depth data collection and analysis phase. This normally involves conducting face-to-face interviews with all of your staff, peers and managers. Multiple assessment instruments may be used such as personal profile analysis, 360 competency assessment and Myers-Briggs. Frequently, the client will be observed (shadowed) at work in meetings, making presentations and so forth. The observation can be part of the date-collection phase development and feedback support.
A development phase is agreed and meetings will be held with you at least once a month for two to four hours to assess progress, discuss roadblocks and offer coaching support. This will continue until you have improved or achieved the targeted competencies.
