Julian Simmonds is a specialist in designing and implementing programmes to develop responsible leaders who will create success and value for their companies and become leaders for positive economic and social change.

His multinational clients in training and consulting field include; Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Mazda, Bausch & Lomb, Cathay Pacific, AON, TMRC Research & Strategy, Euroclear Bank, Mazda, Kuraray, Works Infrastructure, Teijin, British Consulate-General and UK Trade & Investment.

Julian also finds time to share his experience in Universities having been a visiting lecturer on MBA and executive programmes at various Universities such as Judge Business School – Cambridge University, Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland, Stanford University, UC Santa Cruz, CSU East Bay, Oxford Brookes, and Bristol University. Since 1997 he is also been an executive training consultant for the Hong Kong Management Association.

Julian has lived in Hong Kong, Sydney, San Francisco, Boulder Creek in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California and has been living with his 13 year-old son on a narrow boat on the River Thames in England for the last eight years.

He is currently teaching drama at Cheney School in Oxford.
