The focus of this program is global leadership and skill development: sharing creative and innovative ideas to deliver and implement a breakthrough global project.

Corporate executives and senior managers from different countries are brought together on a series of five-day workshops to work on projects that develop key leadership skills and transform the mindset of business leaders, leading to the development of global teams.

The number of workshops attended by the participants range from three to six depending upon the nature and complexity of the breakthrough projects.  There is a minimum period of six to eight weeks between each five-day workshop.

The structure of the program is based on proven methodology which is currently being used by multinational clients with worldwide manufacturing and customer bases.
